Preparing for your visit

  1. For the safety of all of our humans and furry friends, please keep your dog on his or her leash or if your dog is very small, in your arms or carrier with a collar and leash. If you do not have one, we do have leashes that can be borrowed.
  2. Remember to bring your pets records if this is their first time coming to see us. It is a good idea to come a few minutes early so that we have time to go through any paperwork, or you can drop the paperwork off early and you can spend as much time with Dr. Bassett and Dr. McDaniel as possible.
  3. Please bring in a fecal sample from your dog. Samples should be less than 24 hours old.
  4. We are feline friendly here at Hazel Dell. We have two entrances to the hospital. Our Canine Lobby is the door to your left.
